BTM Engineering, Inc. provided engineering services and construction administration for The OPUS Group for the project located at 301 Logistics Avenue in River Ridge Commerce Center. The project consisted of a 357,445 S.F. Office / Warehouse Building positioned on a 24.65 acre tract. Support for the facility included 88 truck docks, 51 space trailer storage area and 300+ space parking lot.
